Luke Miller is a right tackle for Rice, standing 6'5" and weighing 304 pounds. A native of Round Rock, Texas, Miller was a two-time All-District 25-6A selection at Round Rock High School, where he recorded 143 pancake blocks during his career. He joined Rice as a true freshman in 2024, appearing in four games while redshirting. In 2025, Miller started all 13 games and logged 828 snaps, leading the offensive line. He allowed only one sack on 267 pass plays and earned American Conference All-Academic honors.
