Aquantis Clemmons is a nose tackle for Rice standing 5'10" and weighing 286 pounds. The Atlanta native joined Rice as a walk-on and appeared in limited action in 2023 before recording eight tackles in eight games during 2024, including his first career hurry against Navy. In 2025, Clemmons saw his most extensive playing time yet, appearing in 13 games with his first two career starts. He recorded 21 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and 0.5 sacks while adding nine total pressures and seven hurries from the interior line. Clemmons also recovered a fumble in the Armed Forces Bowl versus Texas State. A two-time All-Academic honoree, he is a returning redshirt junior majoring in mechanical engineering.
