Vi'Naz Cobb is a safety for the Purdue Boilermakers who arrived on campus as a consensus three-star prospect and was ranked No. 128 at his position nationally by national outlets. At Cardinal Ritter High School in St. Louis, Cobb earned two-time all-state honors and helped his team win back-to-back state championships. Over his final two seasons, he compiled 136 tackles, four sacks, two interceptions, and one forced fumble. As a freshman in 2025, Cobb appeared in five games with one start, totaling nine tackles. He recorded three tackles against Ohio State on November 8 and five tackles in his collegiate debut start versus Indiana on November 28.
