Traveon Wright is a left cornerback from Perry, GA who attended Perry High School before beginning his college career at Memphis in 2023 without appearing in games. He transferred to Mississippi State and played in one game as a redshirt freshman in 2024, making his collegiate debut at Arizona State. Wright joined Purdue as a transfer and appeared in 11 games during the 2025 season, starting once. He recorded seven total tackles and two pass breakups, including a season-high four tackles with one breakup against Notre Dame on September 20 and three tackles with one breakup against Illinois on October 4.
