Mason Alnutt is a defensive end for the Purdue Boilermakers who stands 6'4" and weighs 260 pounds. A native of East Amherst, New York, Alnutt attended Canisius High School, where he earned three-star recognition and was ranked among the state's top edge rusher prospects. During his prep career, he accumulated 127 total tackles, 30 tackles-for-loss, and 14.5 sacks across three varsity seasons. He received Western New York Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2024 and helped guide Canisius to the state championship game as a senior. Alnutt redshirted during his freshman season in 2025 and currently holds returning status for the program.
