Zach Crothers is a 6'4", 260-pound right defensive end from Weston, Florida, who attended Chaminade-Madonna Prep. He enrolled at Pittsburgh in January 2024 and redshirted that season. In 2025, Crothers appeared in four games before a season-ending injury against Louisville. He recorded 15 total tackles, three tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks, including his first career sack in the second quarter of a game against Central Michigan where he posted career highs of seven tackles, two tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks.
