Isaiah Neal is a 6'2", 265-pound defensive end for the Pittsburgh Panthers from Washington D.C. who attended St. Frances Academy in Maryland. He enrolled at Pitt in January 2023 and appeared in one game that season while redshirting. In 2024, Neal played in all 13 games with two starts at defensive tackle, recording 21 tackles, three tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks. During the 2025 season, he appeared in all 13 games with nine starts after transitioning to defensive end due to injuries. He posted career highs of 36 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, four quarterback hurries, and one pass deflection.
