Zion Tracy is a safety for Penn State from Hempstead, NY, who attended St. Thomas More School in Connecticut. A four-star recruit in the 2023 class, Tracy appeared in all 13 games during his true freshman season, recording 13 tackles. In 2024 as a sophomore, he played in 16 games with four starts, accumulating 30 solo tackles among 35 total, one sack, two interceptions including a 31-yard return for a touchdown against Ohio State, and 15 punt returns for 87 yards. During the 2025 junior season, Tracy appeared in 11 games with nine starts, finishing with 26 solo tackles among 32 total, five tackles for loss, one sack, and two pass breakups.
