Vaea Ikakoula is a 6'3", 326-pound center from Laie, Hawaii who attended West High School in Utah. He led West to a 2024 second round state playoff appearance and helped the offense average 610 yards per game. Ikakoula previously won a Hawaii State Championship in 2022 while at Kahuku High School, where he also competed in track and field. Rated as a three-star prospect, he played in four games with two starts during the 2025 season at Iowa State before transferring to Penn State.
