Dominic Rulli is a center for Penn State, standing 6'3" and weighing 298 pounds. The Burlington, Kentucky native and The Taft School four-time letterman joined the program in 2022 as a redshirt. During his redshirt freshman year in 2023, he appeared in all 13 games primarily on special teams and earned Academic All-Big Ten recognition. In 2024, his redshirt sophomore season, Rulli played in all 16 games and received Special Teams Player of the Game honors twice. The 2025 redshirt junior made his first career collegiate start at center against Clemson on December 27, and appeared in all 13 games while earning Academic All-Big Ten honors again.
