Trevor Buhr is a 6'4", 318-pound left guard from Washington, Missouri, who played at Washington High School under head coach Derick Heflin. A three-time all-state selection, he earned 2022 GAC Player of the Year honors and 2022 MOFBCA 5A first-team all-state recognition. Buhr redshirted in 2023 at Iowa State, then appeared in 13 games with six starts in 2024, recording 316 pass-blocking snaps without a sack while helping the Cyclones rush for 27 touchdowns and break the school record with 435 points scored. In 2025, he played in eight games with six starts, posting 218 sack-free pass-blocking snaps and earning All-Big 12 honorable mention. He transferred to Penn State for the 2026 season.
