Donnie Harbour is a 6-3, 315-pound offensive lineman from Milwaukee, Wisconsin who attended Catholic Memorial High School. At Catholic Memorial under head coach Bill Young, Harbour was a three-year letterman and team captain. He helped the Crusaders to a 14-0 record and state championship as a sophomore, a 13-1 mark as a junior, and a 10-3 record as a senior. Harbour earned first-team all-state honors three times and was named all-conference three times, including conference lineman of the year twice. He recorded three tackles for loss and one sack as a senior, and four tackles for loss as a junior. Recruited as a four-star prospect, Harbour chose Penn State over Ohio State, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. He is a returning member of the Nittany Lions roster.
