Tony Rojas is a redshirt junior linebacker for Penn State who hails from Fairfax, Virginia. A consensus four-star recruit from the class of 2023, he appeared in all 13 games during his true freshman season in 2023, recording 21 tackles and 3.5 tackles for loss.
