Max Heffner is a cornerback for Penn State, standing 5'11" and weighing 176 pounds. The redshirt freshman from Birdsboro, Pennsylvania, was a three-year letterwinner at Daniel Boone Area High School, where he served as a two-time team captain. As a senior, Heffner recorded 36 receptions for 652 yards and three touchdowns on offense while posting 41 tackles and two tackles for loss defensively. During his 2025 redshirt season, he earned the coaching staff's Developmental Squad Defensive Player of the Week honor following the Michigan State game on November 15. Heffner plans to major in mechanical engineering.
