Ryder Hayes is a 6'2", 193-pound quarterback from Grandview, Texas, where he played for Grandview HS. As a senior in 2023, Hayes led the Zebras to an 11-2 record and a regional round appearance in the UIL Texas Football 3A State Championships. He threw for 2,700 yards and 40 touchdowns that season while his offense averaged 43.1 points per game. Hayes also guided Grandview to an 8-0 district record and district championship honors, earning all-district first team recognition. He redshirted during his freshman year in 2024 and did not appear in games as a redshirt sophomore in 2025. Hayes currently returns to Oregon as a redshirt sophomore.
