Isaiah Houi, a left cornerback from Rockton, Illinois, played college football at Eastern Illinois before transferring to Oregon State. Standing 5'10" and weighing 175 pounds, Houi appeared in 19 games over two seasons with the Panthers. In 2025, he played in 12 games with 11 starts, recording 60 tackles and 12 passes defended, which ranked fourth in the OVC-Big South conference. He added one interception and earned All OVC-Big South Honorable Mention honors. Houi also played wide receiver and defensive back in high school at Hononegah, where he recorded 40 catches for 805 yards with 14 touchdowns and four interceptions.
