Walker Howard is a quarterback from Lafayette, Louisiana who prepped at St. Thomas More Catholic. He was a four-star prospect in the 2022 recruiting class, rated No. 5 overall by recruiting services. Howard spent one season at LSU, appearing in two games including the Citrus Bowl on January 2, 2023, where he completed 2-of-4 passes for seven yards and rushed for 18 yards. He transferred to Ole Miss in January 2023 and appeared in two games during his redshirt freshman season, completing 3-of-4 passes for 56 yards in his debut versus Mercer. In 2024 as a redshirt sophomore, he saw action in two games before entering the transfer portal. Howard now joins Ole Miss as a transfer-in for the 2026 season.
