Parker Livingstone is a 6'3" wide receiver who transferred to Oklahoma from Texas. A consensus four-star prospect in the 2024 class, Livingstone redshirted in 2024 after appearing in four games. During the 2025 season at Texas, he played in all 13 games with five starts, recording 29 receptions for 516 yards and six touchdowns while averaging 17.8 yards per catch. He also completed a touchdown pass. Livingstone notched a 128-yard performance with two scores against San Jose State and added an 83-yard touchdown reception in that same game. He enrolled at Oklahoma in January 2026 and is majoring in organizational leadership.
