Jer'Michael Carter is a 6'2" wide receiver from Kentwood, Louisiana who transferred to Oklahoma after two seasons at McNeese. At McNeese in 2024, he started all 12 games and led the team with 37 receptions for 537 yards and three touchdowns. In his 2025 debut with the Sooners, Carter appeared in all 13 games, recording nine receptions for 101 yards with a long of 22 yards.
