Lloyd Avant is a running back from Humble, Texas, who transferred to Oklahoma after two seasons at other programs. At Colorado State in 2025, he appeared in 12 games with four starts, recording 90 rushes for 417 yards and five touchdowns along with 24 receptions for 261 yards and one TD. Previously, he played at Tulsa in 2024, appearing in all 12 games and compiling 76 rushes for 259 yards and a touchdown with 12 receptions for 62 yards. Avant enrolled at OU in January 2026 and is a sociology major.
