Jett Niu is a redshirt freshman quarterback from Lindon, Utah who played at Lehi High School. A consensus three-star recruit, he was ranked among the top QBs in his class by major services. In his senior season, Niu completed 195 of 341 passes for 2,857 yards with 29 touchdowns and added three rushing TDs. He earned 2024 All-Region 3 Team honors and led Lehi to the Utah Class 6A state semifinals, where he threw for 368 yards and four TDs in that game. Niu enrolled at Oklahoma in January 2025 and redshirted during the 2025 season, appearing once versus Kent State on October 4.
