Taurean Davis is a junior linebacker for Oklahoma State who transferred from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. During the 2025 season, he played in all games for an 8-3 Bulldogs team that reached the MACCC Championship, recording 89 tackles, four tackles for loss, three pass breakups, one sack and one interception while earning first team all-conference and Defensive MVP honors. In 2024, he appeared in all 10 games, tallying 45 tackles and forcing two fumbles. Davis was rated the No. 3 junior college linebacker by recruiting services and No. 9 overall prospect in the 2026 national outlets Junior College 50 before committing to the Cowboys over Arkansas and North Texas.
