Mose Phillips III is a 6'2", 196-pound safety from Nashville, Tennessee who joined Oklahoma State as a transfer in 2026. He began his college career at Virginia Tech, where he appeared in 13 games as a freshman in 2023, recording 27 tackles and 15 solo stops. During his sophomore season in 2024, Phillips played in 12 games with 11 starts, accumulating 65 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, one sack, three pass breakups, two forced fumbles and one interception—returning an interception 33 yards against Miami. He spent one season at Missouri in 2025, appearing in 11 games and totaling five tackles, a half tackle for loss, a forced fumble and a pass breakup.
