Mose Phillips III is a 6'2", 196-pound safety from Nashville, Tennessee who joined Oklahoma State as a transfer in 2026. He began his college career at Virginia Tech, where he appeared in 13 games as a freshman in 2023, recording 27 tackles and 15 solo stops.
