Evan Jackson is a safety who transferred to Oklahoma State from North Texas for the 2026 season. The Houston native played three seasons for the Mean Green, appearing in all 14 games as a junior in 2025 with 44 tackles, 28 solo, two interceptions, two pass breakups, one sack and 1.5 tackles for loss. He recorded a 60-yard interception return versus Washington State. As a sophomore in 2024, Jackson appeared in all 13 games with nine starts, accumulating 55 tackles including 38 solo and three interceptions. He earned analytics services G5 Defensive Team of the Week honors on September 30 after posting six tackles and two interceptions against Tulsa. Jackson appeared in all 12 games as a true freshman in 2023, posting 27 tackles with 20 solo, one interception and three pass breakups.
