Kai Holec is a 6'8", 327-pound right tackle from Seattle who joined Oklahoma State as a transfer in spring 2026. He attended O'Dea High School, where he earned two first-team all-metro selections in 2022-23 and helped lead his program to three consecutive Division 3A state playoff appearances with back-to-back semifinal runs as a junior and senior. His high school team compiled a 34-8 record across four seasons, including 21 wins in his final two years. Holec initially signed with San Diego State and redshirted in 2024 without appearing in games. He then spent his 2025 freshman season at Indiana State seeing no playing time before entering the portal.
