Braydon Nelson is a junior-level transfer left tackle from North Texas who joined Oklahoma State via the portal. At Kilgore High School in Texas, he earned District 9-4A first-team all-district honors in back-to-back seasons and helped lead Kilgore to district titles in 2021 and 2023. As a true freshman at North Texas in 2024, Nelson appeared in 12 games with 11 starts at right guard and left tackle, and was named to the Pro Football Focus FBS All-Freshman team. In 2025, he started all 14 games (12 at left tackle, two at right tackle) and earned All-American Conference second-team honors, posting a 73.2 offensive grade on analytics services that ranked seventh among conference offensive linemen. He helped North Texas field the nation's top scoring offense and most rushing touchdowns.
