Janí Weir is a 5'8", 172-pound wide receiver from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, who attended Skyline High School in Washington. He redshirted during his 2023 freshman year at Eastern Washington, then played in two games in 2024 without recording statistics. Weir transferred to Fullerton College for the 2025 season, where he appeared in 10 games and compiled 877 receiving yards, 1,300 all-purpose yards, and 11 touchdowns under coach Brian Crooks. He earned unanimous All-SCFA Central Conference first-team honors at wide receiver. Weir enrolled at Oklahoma State in spring 2026 after selecting the Cowboys over offers from North Texas, Washington State, UT Martin, Toledo, and UTEP.
