Israel Polk is a 6'2" wide receiver from Richmond, California, who attended St. John Bosco High School. He redshirted at Pittsburgh in 2023, appearing in four games, then transferred to Akron where he played in 11 games as a freshman in 2024, recording 24 receptions for 201 yards. In 2025 at Akron, Polk appeared in all 12 games and started the final 11, finishing with 33 catches for 525 yards and eight receiving touchdowns, earning All-MAC Second Team honors. He recorded a season-best 99 yards against UAB and had a 75-yard reception in games against both UAB and Bowling Green. Polk joined Oklahoma State in 2026 via the transfer portal.
