Elijah Golden is a defensive lineman for Notre Dame, standing 6'4" and weighing 292 pounds. A native of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Golden attended Cardinal Mooney High School, where he earned four-star recruiting status from recruiting services, and the composite recruiting rankings. As a junior, he recorded 61 tackles, 29 tackles for loss, and 10 sacks. He was named a 2025 MaxPreps All-American and 2025 Navy All-American, and played in the Navy All-American Bowl as a junior.
