Ashton Craig is a 6'5", 310-pound center for Notre Dame who was a three-star recruit from Lawrenceburg, Indiana. He made his collegiate debut in 2023 and became the first freshman to start at center for the Irish since Jarrett Patterson in 2019, earning All-Bowl team honors in the Sun Bowl. Craig started games in 2024 before sustaining an injury and returned in 2025, where he started the first six games before missing the remainder of the season due to injury at Miami. As a returning redshirt senior, he appears on the offensive line.
