Tyler Gant is a 6'3", 290-pound right defensive tackle from St. Louis, Missouri, who attended Christian Brothers College High School. A three-star recruit ranked 673rd overall in the 2023 class, Gant made his collegiate debut in a home win versus Purdue on 11/18/2023 and was subsequently redshirted that season. In 2024, his redshirt first-year, he appeared in nine games and recorded four tackles along with two pass breakups, including his first career pass breakup against Duke on 9/6. During the 2025 season, Gant played in seven games as a redshirt sophomore, posting four total tackles with two solo tackles, including a stop in the season opener at Tulane on 8/30.
