Troy Regovich is a 6'5", 280-pound defensive tackle from Chesterland, Ohio, who attended St. Edward High School. A consensus three-star recruit in the 2024 class, he chose Northwestern over Miami (OH), Ohio, and Kentucky. Regovich was named All-Ohio Defensive Second Team as a senior. In 2024, his first year on campus, he redshirted and did not appear in games. During the 2025 season as a redshirt first-year, he played in five games primarily on special teams, making his collegiate debut against Tulane on August 30.
