Idrys Cotton is a 6'4", 315-pound left guard for the Northwestern Wildcats. A native of Canton, Michigan, Cotton was a three-star recruit from Plymouth High School who received offers from Duke, Vanderbilt, and Stanford before committing to Northwestern. At Plymouth, he played football, basketball, and track & field, earned All-State honors, and did not allow a sack during his junior and senior seasons as an offensive lineman. He redshirted during the 2024 season and made his collegiate debut against ULM on October 4, 2025.
