Gavin Sawchuk is a 6'0", 205-pound running back from Littleton, Colorado, who attended Valor Christian High School. A consensus four-star recruit ranked No. 1 in Colorado, he committed to Oklahoma and appeared in two games as a freshman in 2022, including a 100-yard performance in the Cheez-It Bowl against Florida State. In 2023, his redshirt first year, Sawchuk led Oklahoma with 744 rushing yards and 120 carries while scoring nine touchdowns across 12 games. He moved to Florida State in 2024 and appeared in 12 games, rushing 109 times for 486 yards with eight rushing touchdowns while adding 13 receptions for 121 yards and one touchdown. Sawchuk now competes for Northwestern as a graduate transfer.
