Aidan Gray is a redshirt junior quarterback for Northwestern. The Naperville, Illinois native played three years of varsity football at Naperville North High School, where he served as team captain during his senior season. As a senior, Gray completed 122 of 181 passes for 1,490 yards and 16 touchdowns. He added 84 rushing attempts for 413 yards and 10 touchdowns, earning DuPAGE Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Year honors and First Team Naperville Sun All-Area recognition. A consensus three-star recruit ranked No. 22 in Illinois, Gray participated in the 2022 Adidas All-American national combine. He redshirted during his first year in 2023 and did not see game action in 2024 as a redshirt first-year.
