Logan Gross is a redshirt sophomore center for Northern Illinois, standing 6'4" and weighing 296 pounds. From Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, Gross attended Sun Prairie East High School, where he was a three-year varsity letterwinner and team captain as a senior in 2023. He earned All-State honors that year and was a two-time all-region, all-county, and first-team all-conference selection. During his redshirt season in 2024, Gross did not play in games. In 2025, he saw action versus UMass while backing up on the offensive line.
