Ben Gustafson is an offensive lineman for Northern Illinois who hails from Elkhorn, Nebraska, where he attended Elkhorn South High School. Standing 6'8" and weighing 302 pounds, Gustafson wears number 61 for the Huskies. He redshirted during his true freshman season in 2024. In 2025, as a redshirt freshman, he appeared in the final three games of the season on the offensive line. Gustafson currently holds the status of redshirt sophomore entering 2026.
