Taylor Starling is a left cornerback for North Texas who prepped at South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas, where he recorded 74 tackles, three interceptions, and three pass breakups as a senior and earned first-team All-District honors. A three-star recruit in the Class of 2023, Starling made his college debut in 2023, appearing in four games with one start and recording a tackle-for-loss in the season finale against UAB. In 2024, he appeared in all 13 games with four starts, finishing with 20 tackles, four pass breakups, and 1.5 TFL, including a season-high six tackles in the opener versus South Alabama. Starling missed the entire 2025 season due to injury but remains on the roster as a returning player.
