Peyton Taylor is a right cornerback from Aurora, Colorado who prepped at Eaglecrest High School before joining Emporia State University. At ESU from 2023 to 2025, Taylor appeared in 24 games with 22 starts, recording 64 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, 19 pass breakups and one interception. In 2025, he started 11 games and totaled 29 tackles, one tackle for loss and 12 pass breakups. Taylor, listed at 5'11" and 167 pounds, transfers to North Texas as a redshirt junior.
