Johnny Williams IV is a 6'7", 329-pound left tackle from Macon, Georgia, who prepped at Northeast High School where he earned 2-2A First Team All-Region honors as a senior. He holds three-star rankings from recruiting services. Williams played at West Virginia in 2023 and 2024, appearing in five games as a freshman while preserving a redshirt, then recording 13 appearances with two starts in 2024, including contests against Arizona and Cincinnati. He transferred to Missouri for the 2025 season, appearing in three games primarily on special teams. Overall, Williams has seen action in 21 games with two career starts. He now joins North Texas as a redshirt junior transfer.
