Trey McPartland is a true freshman offensive lineman for North Dakota State at 6'5" and 285 pounds. The Valley City, North Dakota native was a three-year starter and four-year letterwinner at Valley City High School, where he earned first-team all-region honors his junior and senior years. As a senior, he recorded 29 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks while playing on both lines. McPartland helped the Hi-Liners reach the state playoffs three of four seasons and blocked for three school rushing records and one passing record. He plans to major in exercise science.
