Jaylin Crumby is a free safety from Tampa, FL who graduated from Armwood High School in 2023. After redshirting in 2023, Crumby appeared in the final 12 games as a freshman in 2024, making six starts and recording 29 total tackles. He was named to the MVFC All-Newcomer Team and Phil Steele FCS Freshman All-America fourth team. In 2025, his sophomore season, Crumby played in 11 games with eight starts, totaling 18 tackles. He intercepted his first career pass at Indiana State and returned it 32 yards, and recorded five tackles against Illinois State in the FCS playoffs.
