Jackson Williams is a junior return specialist and wide receiver for North Dakota State. The Omaha, Nebraska native from Millard West High School was a three-star recruit. In 2025, his sophomore season, Williams appeared in all 13 games, returning kicks and punts while starting two contests at receiver. He accumulated 449 kick return yards across 14 attempts with a 32.1-yard average and one touchdown, plus 348 punt return yards on 25 returns for a 13.9 average. Williams caught 17 passes for 293 yards and one receiving touchdown, adding 16 rushing yards on four carries with one rushing touchdown. He earned Phil Steele FCS All-America second-team honors at punt returner and All-MVFC second-team return specialist recognition for the second consecutive year.
