Cade Osterman, a 6'1" wide receiver from Elk River, Minnesota, transferred to North Dakota State after redshirting at Minnesota in 2023. At Elk River High School, he was named 2022 Mr. Football by the Minnesota Football Coaches Association and earned first-team all-state honors. He ran for 2,337 yards and 29 touchdowns across his prep career while catching 13 touchdown passes. In his 2025 sophomore season with the Bison, Osterman appeared in eight games and recorded one reception for 24 yards, including his first career touchdown against St. Thomas.
