Chase Evink is a right defensive tackle for North Dakota State, standing 6'5" and weighing 285 pounds. The redshirt freshman from Hancock, Minnesota was a four-year starter at Hancock High School under coach Chad Christianson, earning two-time team captain honors. He accumulated 5,050 rushing yards and 56 touchdowns during his prep career while recording 281 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, six sacks and three interceptions. A four-time all-conference selection and two-time all-state pick, Evink also participated in basketball and baseball. During the 2025 redshirt season, he appeared in three regular-season contests and made one tackle in the victory over Indiana State.
