Leroy Jackson is a defensive tackle for North Carolina at 6'1" and 290 pounds from Leesburg, Georgia. A three-star recruit ranked 1,167 nationally, Jackson made his collegiate debut against NC Central in 2024 before missing most of that season due to injury. In his 2025 redshirt freshman campaign, he appeared in all games with 11 starts, recording 37 tackles (14 solo, 23 assisted), two quarterback hurries, and one pass breakup. He posted a career-high seven tackles against Richmond and five tackles in the Duke contest. Jackson earned The Athletic Freshman All-American honors for his performance.
