Gannon Burt is a long snapper for the North Carolina Tar Heels. The 6'1", 205-pound Fort Mill, South Carolina native transferred to Carolina after two seasons at Florida. He redshirted his freshman year in 2023, then appeared in two games during the 2024 redshirt freshman campaign. Burt made his collegiate debut at No. 8 Tennessee, recording two snaps including one on an extra point in the fourth quarter. He started against Kentucky with 13 total snaps across punt coverage and field goal/extra point situations. In his 2025 redshirt sophomore season at Carolina, Burt did not appear in any games.
