Trent Uhlir is a linebacker from Battle Creek, Nebraska, where he lettered for the Braves. In his high school career, he rushed for nearly 3,000 yards with 44 touchdowns across four seasons. As a senior, Uhlir compiled 995 rushing yards and 19 touchdowns while recording 29 tackles and two fumble recoveries; he earned first-team Class C-2 all-state honors at both positions. Uhlir redshirted during the 2024 season at Nebraska. In 2025, he made his debut against Akron before suffering an injury that limited his availability to one game. He is a nutrition and health sciences major and a four-time Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll selection.
