Luke Sorensen is a tight end from Orange County, California, who attended Servite High School in Anaheim. As a recruit, he was a three-star prospect ranked No. 17 among tight ends by national outlets and No. 25 by recruiting services in the 2026 class. During his prep career, Sorensen accumulated more than 500 receiving yards. In his senior season, he had 25 receptions for 306 yards and three touchdowns, averaging over 30 yards per catch, while also scoring on a rushing attempt. As a junior, he caught 15 passes for 183 yards and two touchdowns. Sorensen joined Nebraska as a true freshman and was named to the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in spring 2026.
