The 5'10", 192-pound true freshman from Lawrenceville, Georgia, attended Peachtree Ridge High School, where he recorded 200 career tackles, five forced fumbles, and seven pass breakups while earning All-Region honors in 2024. A three-star recruit ranked 79th nationally at his position, Hill also competed in track, winning the 2025 region title in the 100m dash. His father, Tye Hill, played cornerback at Clemson and was drafted 15th overall by the St. Louis Rams in 2006.
